9 Tbl butter
11 oz dark chocolate
3 tbl golden syrup (honey?)
3 oz shortbread cookie, frozen, and crumbled
3 oz marshmallows
powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, chocolate, and golden syrup (Honey?) in a sauce pan. Scoop out 1/2 c and reserve. Add crumbled shortbread to remaining chocolate and then add marshmallows. Pour into a 9x9 pan covered in foil and push down to flatten. Top with reserved chocolate and refrigerate for 6 hours. Dust with powered sugar and serve.
