Directions:
.Place flour, sugar, and yeast in the bowl of your mixer. Add remaining ingredients and knead for eight to 10 minutes at low speed.

.Allow dough to rise for 45 minutes, then deflate (punch down) and let it rise a second time for half an hour.

.Grease and flour three eight-inch or nine-inch loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

.Divide dough into three equal parts. Working with one piece, roll out to an eight- x 12-inch rectangle. Spread with one third of the filling over the dough, edge to edge. Starting at the short edge, roll up so you have an eight-inch roll.

.Cut the roll down the center of the length. From the top end, gently twist one side over the other until the whole piece is twisted. Place in prepared pan.

.Repeat with remaining two pieces of dough.

.Combine crumb ingredients by hand and sprinkle on top of the doughs.

.Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and cool slightly before removing from pan.
