1 pound keilbasa cut into 1/2 inch medalians
3-4 potatoes sliced into 1/2 inch medalians
1 pound brussels sprouts, halved
1 clove garlic
sea salt
pepper
oilive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line sheet pan with either silpat or parchment paper.
Cut up sausage, potatoes, brussels sprouts as described and put into large bowl. (see note below)
Drizzle with olive oil.
Add garlic, salt and pepper and combine all.
Spread evenly onto prepared sheet pan.
Bake for 50 minutes, stirring once or twice as needed.

You may find it necessary to give the potatoes and brussels sprouts a head start, adding the sausage about halfway through the cooking time to prevent them from burning.
