2 cups sugar
¾ cup butter
⅔ cup evaporated milk
3.4 oz instant butterscotch pudding mix
3 ½ cups quick oats
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup toffee chips
Dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, butter, salt, and evaporated milk to full rolling boil over medium heat. Stir constantly. Boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Stir in oats and pudding. Let sit and cool slightly. Gently and quickly stir in chocolate chips and toffee chips. Drop scoops onto parchment paper. Sprinkle with touch of sea salt before they cool. Let sit for 15-30 minutes.
