Ingredients:  
1 stick + 1 T butter
2 c sugar
3 eggs
3 squares dark chocolate (or chocolate chips)
2 t vanilla
2 t grated orange rind (opt)
1/2 c milk
2 c grated zucchini
2 1/2 c flour
2 1/2 t baking powder
1 1/2 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon (or more)
1 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large bowl cream butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs, add the chocolate. Add in vanilla, orange rind, milk, grated zucchini.

2. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add to wet mixture.

3. Grease and flour a 10" bundt tube pan (I have used a 9 x 11 glass baking dish). Bake for 1 hour in tube pan. Can sprinkle brown sugar on top before baking.
