2 cups plus 1Tbsp flour
1½ cup sugar

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups mixed fresh or frozen berries
1 cup unsweetened shredde coconut
3 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Using a pastry blender or your hands, mix 2 cups of flour, ½ cup sugar, a pinch of salt and the softened butter until the butter is completely distributed. Spread in a buttered, 9 x 13 in pan and press down to form a crust.
2. Cover the crust with the berries.
3. Sprinkle the berrie with the coconut.
4. Mix the remaining 1 cup of sugar and 1 Tbsp flour with the eggs and melted butter and pour it over the coconut layer.
5. Place on the middle rack in a 350º F oven and bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
6. Cool in the pan, then cut into 24 squares
