1 pound medium to large fresh shrimp, shelled and cleaned. Tails may be left attached if desired.
1 stick (4 oz.) or more butter
1/4 c. olive oil
1 or 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp oregano
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Split shrimp down the inside length, being careful not to cut through. Spread open (butterfly). Place in shallow baking dish. Melt butter in skillet, add remaining ingredients and cook for 2 minutes or so. Pour sauce over shrimp. Bake in hot oven, 450 degrees, for 5 minutes or until shrimp are flecked with brown. Serve on pasta
