2 C flour
1 ½ C sugar
2 t baking soda
½ t salt
2 eggs
1 to 2 cans of fruit cocktail
2 t vanilla
1 C milk

Frosting:
1 stick oleo
¾ C sugar
1 can pet milk (small)
1 can / pack of coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients. Add last four. Sprinkle top with brown sugar and bake for 35 minutes at 350º.

Frosting:
Combine oleo, sugar, and milk and bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Add 1 can / pack of coconut and pour over cake.
