Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup raisins
2-3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped almonds
Dash salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups almond meal or flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1 cup water, 1 cup oatmeal and 2-3 ripe bananas to a bowl. Mash/mix well.

Add salt, cinnamon, baking powder and nuts. Mix.

Add almond flour or meal. Mix well.

Place parchment paper on baking sheet, spray lightly with oil.

Pour batter onto parchment paper. Use spatula or damp hands to press down and form onto the pan, making it about 1/4-1/2 inch thick. This covers most of the baking sheet.

I sprinkle a few almonds on top of batter and press in before baking. Optional.

Bake 20-30 minutes until a little golden.

I use a Pizza cutter, and cut into squares when still warm from oven.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a very forgiving recipe. Use any kind of nut mix you like. Or omit.

I’ve also added drained crushed pineapple instead of bananas. I’ve added coconut too. It all works well.
