1 C sugar
3 heaping T strawberry gelatin
3 heaping T corn starch
1 C hot water
1 baked pie shell
2 C (whole or sliced) fresh strawberries
Cool whip or whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, gelatin and corn starch. Add hot water and stir until all is dissolved. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens. Let cool. Fill pie shell with strawberries. Pour mixture over strawberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve and top with cool whip or whipped topping.
