Cake:
2 C sugar
4 eggs
⅓ C cocoa
1 C shortening or oil
1 ½ C self-rising flour
3 t vanilla
1 t salt
1 C pecans
mini marshmallows

Icing:
1 ½ sticks melted oleo
1 box powdered sugar
⅓ C cocoa
½ C evaporated milk
1 T vanilla
1 C pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, eggs, cocoa, and shortening. Mix in flour, vanilla, salt, and pecans. Bake in preheated oven at 300º for 40 minutes. Cover cake with marshmallows. Cook 10 more minutes. Cool 20 minutes.

Icing: Mix ingredients and pour over cake.
