3 C broccoli cooked
2 T butter (or as much as you want)
¼ C chopped onions
3 T flour
½ t dry mustard
1 ¼ C cooked rice
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
¼ C mayonnaise
⅓ C crushed crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli, drain and set to the side. In frying pan melt butter, add onion, flour, and mustard. Cook for 1 minute. Gradually add milk stirring constantly for 2 minutes until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in pepper and combine broccoli and remaining ingredients (except crackers). Put in 2 qt. casserole dish. Crumble crackers on top and pour melted butter over cracker topping. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. *You can add more cheese or butter for more taste.
