1 large can yams (1 lb. 14 oz.)
¾ stick of butter
2 eggs
1 can condensed (sweetened) milk
1 ½ C sugar
1 t cinnamon

Topping:
2 C corn flakes
1 C light brown sugar
1 C pecans (chopped)
1 ½ stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Warm potatoes; drain juice, cream eggs, butter and sugar; add milk and cinnamon. Mash potatoes and add to mixture. Cook 12 to 20 minutes in 9 x 13 pan at 400º. Remove from oven, add topping.

Topping:

Mix together ingredients; place on top of potatoes that have been cooked. Place back into oven for 15 minutes.
