1 can cream of potato soup
2 C diced frozen hash brown potatoes
3 C milk
1 medium onion chopped / 1 T butter (I soften the onion in the butter in the microwave)
salt and pepper

Shredded Cheddar
Bacon

Directions:
Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours. Serve topped with shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon (and a sprinkle of parsley just to make it pretty!)
