2 pounds ground chuck
several crumbled crackers and couple slices of bread
½ C chopped onion
½ C chopped green pepper
salt and pepper
1 t sugar
1 C ketchup (You don't have to measure it . . . sometimes the more ketchup the better.)
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Mix together all ingredients and place and shape into a glass baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 400º.
