1 TBSP red wine vinegar
1 TBSP finely minced white onion
1/8 tsp salt and fresh ground pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

1. Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine

2. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to a week.
