Cowboy steak
3 tablespoons instant coffee- do not dilute
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, if you have extra you can save in a container for another time.
Rinse the steak and pat dry.
Rub the spice rub all over it- top, bottom, sides.
You can let it sit with spices for at least 6 hours or up to overnight in the fridge.
Remove from fridge 2 hours before broiling to bring it to room temperature.
Preheat your oven to broil.
Place the steak onto a greased cookie sheet.
Broil on each side approximately 10-12 minutes.
If not serving right away, cover it with foil.
If warming up for shabbos, do not place on direct heat. Crockpot works great.
