1 bag (5lb) High Gluten flour
1 ¾ cups sugar
2 tablespoons salt
4 large eggs
1 cup veg oil
3 tablespoons yeast
4 hot(ish) cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hot water, yeast, and sugar in the mixer.
Mix for 30 seconds.
Wait about 10 minutes or until the mixture is bubbly and frothy (like a latte).
Add in eggs and oil. Mix.
Add sifted flour. Mix.
Add salt last. Mix

Move dough to large bowl for rising. Let rise 1 hour. punch down and let rise 1 more hour.

Make a bracha on Challah.
Braid.
Let rise 1 more hour.
Preheat oven to 350.
Egg and bake until golden
