Lotus Butter
Pie Crust
1 Bar Rosemarie Chocolate (pareve)
Kineret/Ostreicher's Cookie Dough

Directions:
Directions:
Spread melted lotus butter in a pie crust.
Break up the bar of Rosemarie chocolate and put on top.
Cover with cookie dough.
Bake 350 for 20 minutes.

Serve warm or frozen

(can also be made in individual crusts)
