2lb Skirt Steak
1lb (pre trimmed) string beans
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons jarred minced garlic (such as Polaner or Kirkland brands)
4 tablespoons duck sauce
½ teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the meat in water for around an hour.
Preheat oven to 425.
Cut the skirt steak into 1½ inch strips.
Put skirt steak and all ingredients into 1 gallon ziplock bag.
Shake to combine.
Spread on cookie sheet.
Bake uncovered for exactly 25 minutes.
