12oz. Real Bacon Bits (cook in microwave on plate w/paper towel for 45 seconds)
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
salt & pepper
1 (9-inch) frozen deep dish pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Press cooked bacon and cheese into bottom of pie crust. Beat the eggs, salt & pepper, and heavy cream in a mixing bowl until blended. Pour over bacon and cheese.

Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or until the eggs have set and its browned on top

Wait 10 minutes to cut
