1 T. Butter
2 T. Flour
1 C. Milk
2 C. Corn (fresh, canned, or frozen)
2 Egg Yolks (beaten thick)
1 1/4 tsp. Salt
Pepper
2 Egg Whites (beaten stiff)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Melt butter. Stir in flour.
Add milk gradually and bring to the boiling point, stirring constantly.
Add the corn and egg yolks.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook 10 minutes longer.
Fold in egg whites.
Spoon into an unbuttered baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes.
