2 Cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of raisins
1/4 cup of margarine(cut up into small pieces)
1/2 tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Add milk a little at a time (not to wet)
to the rest of ingredients. Lightly flour cutting board. Knead just a little. Flatten dough to 3/4" thick. Oil skillet Bake 3 to 4 minute on each side.
