Personal Notes:
This has always been one of my Grandmother's contributions to holiday dinners. This past Thanksgiving she was not able to attend so I called her for the recipe. I was unprepared for my first experience making this. It makes ALOT so get out your biggest bowl. I had out about 5 bowls and every processing device that I own. It was a mess. I told this story at dinner and my uncle told me he remembered his mom making this with the hand grinder and standing in the kitchen for hours grinding all the ingredients.
