1 1/2 Cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter

4 (8oz) cream cheese softened
2 (16oz) sour cream
6 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

1 pt sour cream
1/4 cup sugar

Melt butter add sugar and graham crackers. Pat in bottom of spring pan.

Cream cream cheese, sour cream beat in eggs and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over graham craker mixture. bake at 375 for 1 hour. Shut off oven and let sit for 1 hour. Refridgerate for at least 12 hours.

To prepare topping beat sour cream and sugar. Spoon over cheese cake and bake for 10 min at 350
