2 -15oz cans if chick peas , drained
1-medium cumber , chopped
1- bell pepper , chopped
1/2- red onion , thinly sliced or chopped
1/2 C- chopped kalamata olives
1/2 C- crumbled feta




Vinaigrette:

1/2 C -extra V oil
1/4 c white wine vinegar (Red vinegar works too ! )
1 Tbsp. lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes ( optional )
Kosher salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients except feta cheese to a large bowl.

Add vinaigrette and toss until coated .

Add crumbled feta cheese when ready to serve .

Refrigerate or serve immediately
