2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick of softened butter
2 eggs
1/2 up orange juice
3-4 squashed bananas
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix 2 cups flour with 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt. Set aside.

In mixing bowl mix 1/2 cup sugar with 1 stick softened butter. Add and mix. Add two eggs while mixing. Have 1/2 cup orange juice ready and alternately add flour about 1/3 at a time. Add squashed bananas and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Mix and pour into loaf pan.

Bake 55 minutes. If not ready put in for a few more minutes.

Cool in pan about 20 minutes. Loosen sides and cool on rack. ENJOY!!
