6-quart saucepot
Glass mixing bowl
9x13 inch baking dish

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups cooked chopped chicken
1 cup dices ham
2 (10.5-oz) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (16-oz) container of sour cream
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
12-oz package of egg noodles
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
2) Cook egg noodles according to package directions, drain.
3) In large bowl, combine chicken, ham, soup, sour cream, dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and cheese. Stir in cooked egg noodles. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
4) In a small bowl, mix together panko bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
5) Bake for 25-30 minutes, until heated through.

I use rotisserie chicken in this casserole.
You can use any cooked chicken in this recipe. Chicken breast, chicken tenderloins,
chicken thighs or canned chicken.

I use egg noodles. You can substitute your favorite pasta shape.
