4 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. flour
salt (small amount)
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 stick (or more) oleo/margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together until will blended with spoon. On floured board, roll out 6" circles, 1/8" thick. Cook in Teflon pan (low heat) on both sides. Brown spots will be visible. (Maybe 1 minute on each side.)
