7 Plum tomatoes - chopped
Handful of chopped fresh basil
1 garlic clove - minced
1 garlic clove- whole
small bunch of fresh parsley
1/2 C extra v olive oil
1/2 Tsp sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 Tsp. Kosher salt
1/8 Tsp of fresh pepper
4oz of shredded Asiago cheese (you guys always laughed when I tried to say "Assiaago")

French bread

Pre heat oven to 400º

Slice french bread into 1/2 inch slices & place on cookie sheet

-rub bread slices with garlic clove then brush slices with olive oil

-Toast slices in oven for approx. 7-9 min, until golden on edges
either be ready to serve w/ bruchetta or cool completely and store until ready to use.

-Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the Asiago cheese .
- let sit in fridge for 2 hours

- Bring to room temp before serving

Mix in cheese and serve with toasted bread slices
