8 Oz. Softened Cream Cheese
1/4 C sour cream
1/4 C mayo
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2/3 C parm cheese - grated
1/2 C Mozzarella cheese - shredded
1/8 Tsp. pepper
1- 14oz. can of artichoke hearts - drained & chopped
6 oz. frozen spinach , thawed , drained and squeezed of all liquid
(can also wilt fresh spinach in pan a little water . chop and squeeze dry in towel.

-assorted chips & crackers to dip !

Pre heat oven 350º

-spray 1 qt baking dish with pam or use paper towel with a little oil to grease the dish.

In a bowl , mix together all cheese , mayo ,sour cream
add garlic , pepper and fold in the artichokes & spinach

Spread in baking dish and top with more grated parm cheese

Cook uncovered until melted and bubbly, approx. 20-25 minutes

Dip away !

Its a heavy dip so I like to add a serving spoon to the dish so your chips don't break in the dip !
