1/2 loaf white bread
1/2 loaf brown bread
3 tbsp butter
1 cup celery finely chopped
1 cup onions finely chopped
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 tbsp marjoram
1 tbsp sage
1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Break apart bread the day before and set out on a baking sheet to let it get stale.

Melt butter in a large frying pan and add celery and onion. Cook until translucent. Add garlic and cook another minute. Add spices and broth and continue cooking for a few minutes.

Stir in bread until moistened and well mixed. Let it cool completely before stuffing turkey.
