Directions:
In a Dutch oven, cook sausage, ground beef, onion and garlic over medium heat, until browned. Drain. Add Rao's Homemade® Arrabbiata sauce, fennel seeds and black pepper. Heat over medium heat. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, parsley and salt. Preheat oven to 375º. Spread 1½ cups of meat mixture in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan, sprayed lightly with Pam®. Arrange 6 noodles over the meat. Spread ½ of the ricotta cheese mixture on the noodles. Top with ⅓ of the mozzarella cheese slices. Sprinkle with ¼ of the Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Add an extra layer of meat, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake, covered, at 375º for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes.

Personal Notes:
I use a 24 ounce ricotta cheese. Recipe makes a large amount. Freezes well.
