1 1/4 Cups of Yellow Cornmeal
1 1/4 Cups of White Flour
1/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Teaspoon of Salt
4 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
1 1/2 Cups of Milk
1/4 Cup of Shortening
1 Egg

Mix all together. Bake at 425 Degrees for 20-25 minutes.
