2 cans of Creamed white bean
1 pound of andouille or other smoked sausage cut in coins
1 medium onion chopped
2 slices of bacon
1 teaspoon of Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet heat small amount of cooking oil and add sausage. Cook until brownish.. Transfer to pot with white beans. To skillet add 2 pieces of bacon and cook until tender.
Remove bacon and add onion cook until caramelize. Transfer onion to the bean pot.
Remove grease. Scrape skillet and add to pot. Add Seasoning. Serve hot.
