1 package of 8 buttermilk biscuit dough
6 eggs
Peppered gravy mix at least 2 cups
1 pound sausage any flavor
1 cup shredded cheese. Such as Colby, Monterey Jack mix or Cheddar
½ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9x13 pan.
Brown sausage and drain grease.
Cut biscuits dough into 1 inch pieces, and line bottom of greased pan.
Layer the drained sausage over biscuits and then the cheese.
Whisk eggs and milk together. Add salt and pepper. Pour over sausage and cheese layer. Make gravy according to instructions and pour over everything.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until eggs and biscuits are cooked through. Serve warm.
