1 lb macaroni
1 qt liquid (water or broth)
1 onion chopped fine
2 lbs ground beef
Herbs of choice (4-6 basil leaves or 8-10 sage leaves)
¾ cup heavy cream
¾ cup milk
2 cups shredded cheese
¾ cup grated parmasan/ romano
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Coat Instant Pot with cooking spray.
Add onions and sauté
Add macaroni, herbs, salt, pepper and liquid
Cook: High pressure for 6 minutes and quick release
Stir in cheese, milk and cream.
May need to add more milk, salt and pepper.
