1# steak cut in 1 inch cubes
8 oz. Zucchini chunks
1 red onion, cut in wedges
2 lemons, cut in wedges
red peppers or mushrooms

Sauce 1
Mix 1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup sour creme, 1clove minced garlic , 1.5 Tsp. Fresh herbs
Serve with kabobs

Sauce 2
1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup cider vinegar, 1/4 cup Worcestershire, 1/2 tsp. Crushed red pepper flakes, 1/4 cup balsamic. Boil together until reduced. Stir in 1/4 cup honey. Brush on kabobs as they cook or keep some for dipping.m

Thread 4 pcs. steak onto 4 skewers with lemons and veggies. Grill until meat is medium rare and veggies are softened. Brush with or serve with either marinade. We also Iike Donnas marinade or mix of soy and honey.
