1# diced pork steak or roast
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup flour
13 ounce can poplanos or diced chilies.
1 med. can diced roasted tomatoes
1 tsp. Minced garlic
I medium onion, finely chopped
2T diced jalapeņos
1T chix bouillon
1-2 cup water
S&P to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork in oil with onions and garlic. Whisk and cook in flour to brown. Add chilies, jalapeņos, tomatoes, bouillon, water and S&P and simmer 20 minutes until tender. Add more or less jalapeņos to hotness desired and add more water/bouillon as needed. Serve with rice and/or tortillas
