12 cups bread, dried for several days and cubed
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup minced parsley
1 cup finely chopped celery
2 tsp. ground sage or poultry seasoning
1 1/4 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. peppeer
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
Chicken/Turkey stock

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except stock.

Transfer to foil tray or baking pan. Drizzle stock over to moisten.

Bake 30 minutes, covered, and 15 minutes uncovered.
