3 T sherry vinegar
1 t Dijon
3 garlic cloves
2 C loose pack parsley
1 c loose packed basil
1 c loose pack mint
3/4 c olive oil
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Vinegar, mustard, garlic in food processor. Pulse a few times. Add herbs and pulse until evenly chopped.Scrape sides and add olive oil. Pulse until coarse chop and thick sauce. If want thinner sauce add more oil. Add salt as desired.
