2 T white wine vinegar
2 t honey
1/4 c shallot mince
1 c parsley chopped
1/2 c roasted almonds chopped
2 T mince preserved lemon plus 1 t preserved lemon liq
1/2 c olive oil
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Med bowl whisk vinegar and honey til honey dissolves. Stir in shallot and sit 5 min.
Add parsley, almonds, lemon and liq, oil and stir.
Season with S & P.
Can store in fridge for 1 week
