8 oz bowtie pasta
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
2-3 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
3 tsp Cajun seasoning, more or less to taste
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c milk
3/4 freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper
12 tsp salt
1 red bell pepper, cut into slices
1 yellow bell pepper, but into slices

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add cubed chicken and bell peppers, Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook 4-5 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
Add milk and softened cream cheese and stir until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Add cooked pasta noodles, and parmesan cheese. Stir to combine ingredients well.
