12floz (360ml) Water
4.5 Cups Flour
1 tsp (5ml) Sugar
1.5 tsp (7.5ml) Salt
2 Tsp (10ml) Yeast

Directions:
1. Carefully measure the ingredients.
2. Place them in the baking dish following the order above.
3. Select the oven control that allows you to prepare the dough without cooking it.
4. When the cycle is finished, place the dough in a buttered bowl, cover it with a cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes.
5. Deflate the dough with your fist, knead it lightly on a floured surface and roll it out into two 6 x 10 in (15 x 25 cm) rectangles
6. Roll each rectangle lengthwise, like a jelly roll, while stretching the dough until it is 12 x 2.5 in (30 x 6.5 cm) thick
7. Moisten the ends and pinch.
8. Place the two loaves on a greased baking sheet, placing the fold of the dough underneath.
9. Score the surface in a few places using scissors.
10. Brush the dough with cold water, then cover it with a cloth. Let rise 60 minutes.
11. Bake the bread at 450ºF (220ºC) for 20 to 30 minutes or until the loaves are golden brown.
12. Optional - Brush with melted butter after the baking.
