1 - 1½ lb ground beef, season w/ Texjoy Stk seasoning, cook and drain
1 sm can green chilies
12 flour tortillas
3 C Colby jack shredded cheese
finely chopped onions
sour cream, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes

SAUCE
3 tbs melted butter
3 tbs flour
2½ tbs chili powder
1 tbs paprika
3 C chicken broth
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp each of onion powder, ground cumin, oregano, ground chicken bullion
2 tsp tomato paste
½ tsp each of sugar, pepper

Preheat oven to 375º
Add the green chilies to the cooked meat, set aside. Mix chili powder and paprika together in small bowl, set aside. Mix the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chicken bullion, oregano, sugar, and pepper. Set aside.

SAUCE: Melt butter, add flour & stir until golden brown. Add chili powder and paprika a little at a time. Add 1 C broth a little at a time. Add the rest of the seasoning a little at a time, adding the rest of the broth the same way, stirring constantly. Set aside.

Put sauce on the bottom of a 13x9" dish. Using the first 4 tortillas, pass each one through the remaining sauce to coat, then lay them on the bottom of the pan Add ⅓ of the meat, then cheese, then onions. Repeat to make 3 layers.
Bake, covered, 25-30 minutes. Top w/ lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream.
