3 cups mashed potatoes
5-6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 - 8oz carton sour cream
3 small green onions, chopped
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Spread potatoes evenly in 10x6 baking dish. Top with sour cream. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and green onion. Top with cheese. Bake at 300º for 30 minutes.
