1 qt chicken broth
½ cup sun dried tomatoes
2 tsp italian seasoning
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 lb skinless boneless chicken breast
12 oz campanelle pasta
5 oz fresh baby spinach
1 cup grated parmasan/romano
¼ cup chopped basil
8 oz cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Coat Instant Pot with cooking spray. Add first four ingredients, basil , salt and pepper and stir, then add pasta. Place chicken on top.
Cook: High pressure for 5 minutes, quick release.
Add spinach and cheeses.
