"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Preheat oven to 375º
Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
Bake in a 5x9 bread pan for 90 minutes.

You can put catsup on the loaf before you bake it.
Bacon strips are also good with the catsup.
When the kids were home I would put half of the mixture in the pan and lay cheese slices down the center and add the other half of the mixture.

Personal Notes:
When I was a young mother looking for a meatloaf recipe I found this one on an oatmeal box. It's been my go-to since. The kids liked it with scalloped potatoes.
