1½ c. flour
¾ c. sugar
⅛ t. salt
¼ t. cinnamon
1 t. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 t. vanilla
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. butter, melted
3-4 very ripe bananas, preferably gross to look at.

Directions:

Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Combine wet ingredients.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together.

Bake in a 350º oven for 20-30 minutes.
Makes one loaf.
