˝ onion chopped
˝ cup chopped red sweet pepper
˝ cup matchstick carrots
1 lb pasta
1 qt chicken stock
1 cup water
16 oz cream cheese with onion and chives
1 cup cream
1 cup grated asiago
3 Tbsp Moroccan seasoning
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 strips bacon chopped ( optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Coat inside of Instant Pot (IP) with cooking spray
Sauté onions, peppers and carrots in IP, until soft then remove
Put pasta stock, water and Tbsp seasoning in IP, then add vegetables
Cut up chicken and place on top, and sprinkle remaining seasoning, salt and pepper. Do Not Stir
Cook: high pressure for 6 minutes, then quick release
Add cheeses and cream, then stir.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
